These Guidelines form part of and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the platform, you agree to follow them at all times.
The Service connects users randomly for live, one-to-one video or text chats. Because interactions are unscripted and occur in real time, user behavior determines the safety and overall experience of the community. The purpose of these Guidelines is to promote respect, privacy, and lawful interaction for everyone.
While the platform is strictly for adults, sexual activity, nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive behavior are not allowed under any circumstances.
Purpose and Scope
These Guidelines apply to all users, everywhere, at all times. They govern how you interact with others and how you use the platform’s features.
The platform is intended to foster spontaneous, friendly, and respectful communication. All conversations, gestures, and content must remain suitable for users aged 18 and older who wish to interact socially in a non-sexual, non-explicit environment.
You are responsible for your own conduct during every chat session. You must not share, request, or display any material that violates these Guidelines or applicable law.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.
The Service is not for minors. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering, using, or appearing on camera.
Users may be required to complete age verification or identity checks to confirm eligibility.
Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be terminated, and relevant information may be provided to authorities.
If you believe another user may be under 18, report the account via the in-app reporting feature and disconnect immediately.
Community Principles
Our community is built on respect, civility, and lawful behavior. All users are expected to:
Treat others with courtesy and kindness.

Use appropriate language and avoid offensive remarks or gestures.
End any interaction that becomes uncomfortable, hostile, or abusive.

Respectful Conduct
To maintain a welcoming environment, you must not:
Harass, insult, or threaten others.
Engage in hate speech or discriminatory comments about race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
Make obscene, sexually suggestive, or vulgar gestures or comments.
Display nudity, sexual acts, or adult material.
Exhibit violent, aggressive, or intimidating behavior.
Engage in trolling, bullying, or intentionally disruptive conduct.
Record, distribute, or post other users’ images or chats without their explicit consent.
Share false information, scams, or spam.
All interactions must remain lawful, consensual, and non-sexual. Violations may result in removal or permanent banning from the platform.
Appropriate Content and Behavior
This platform is designed for casual, friendly, and lawful social interaction. All conversations and on-camera activity must remain suitable for a general adult audience and must never include sexual or explicit material.
You must not display, share, or discuss:
Sexual or pornographic content. Nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive behavior, or any attempt to solicit or expose others to sexual material are strictly prohibited.
Material involving minors. Any depiction, discussion, or reference to individuals under 18 years old in a sexual, violent, or exploitative context is forbidden and will result in permanent banning and notification to law enforcement.
Illegal or harmful content. This includes threats, promotion of self-harm, incitement of violence, or advocacy of criminal activity.
Hate or discrimination. Content that insults, targets, or promotes prejudice based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability is not tolerated.
Graphic or violent imagery. Do not display blood, injury, cruelty to animals, or any realistic depictions of violence.
Deceptive or misleading behavior. Impersonating another person, spreading false information, or using the Service to defraud others is prohibited.
Commercial or promotional content. Advertising, spam, or attempts to sell products or services through the platform are not allowed.
All interactions must remain courteous, non-sexual, and appropriate for a diverse audience. Users who violate these rules may be suspended or permanently removed from the Service.
Random Matching and Personal Responsibility
Because users are connected at random, you may meet people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The experience depends on individual conduct and respect.
Always begin conversations politely and end them respectfully.
Avoid making assumptions about others’ identity or beliefs.
If another user behaves inappropriately, disconnect immediately and report the incident.
Do not attempt to reconnect with a user who has chosen to end a session.
Users who exploit random matching to harass, offend, or shock others will be permanently banned.
Every user helps shape the tone and reputation of the community.
Privacy and Safety
Your privacy and that of others must be protected at all times.
Do not share or request personal information such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or social media accounts.
Never share payment details, passwords, or financial information.
Do not attempt to track, locate, or identify other users outside the platform.
You may not record, screenshot, or redistribute live sessions without express consent.
Avoid clicking on links shared by others unless you trust the source.
The platform may temporarily store limited metadata (such as connection logs) for moderation and security purposes.
If you feel unsafe or believe a crime has occurred, end the interaction immediately and file a report.
Platform Security and Integrity
To ensure stability, fairness, and safety, users must not:
Use bots, automation tools, or scripts to connect or communicate.
Interfere with the Service or disrupt others’ experience.
Attempt to hack, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Circumvent moderation systems or rejoin after being banned.
Claim to be or impersonate platform staff or moderators.
Deliberate interference with the Service or other users will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Reporting
If you encounter behavior that violates these Guidelines, report it immediately using the in-app Report feature or by emailing [email protected]. Please include the approximate time and date of the incident, the type of chat (video or text), and a brief description of what occurred. If possible, mention any other details that may help us identify the session in our moderation logs.
Reports involving harassment, sexual content, minors, or threats are prioritized and reviewed as soon as possible. All reports are handled confidentially by trained moderation staff. We may contact you for clarification if necessary, but your identity will never be shared with the reported user. Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports is a violation of these Guidelines and may result in suspension or termination.
Moderation and Enforcement
Moderation combines automated systems, user reports, and human review. Enforcement decisions are made based on the evidence available and the severity of the behavior. Possible actions include:
Warnings for minor or first-time issues;
Temporary suspensions to interrupt ongoing misconduct or allow investigation;
Permanent bans for serious or repeated violations such as nudity, hate speech, or threats; and
Device or IP blocking to prevent reentry after permanent suspension.
Moderation exists to preserve a respectful, lawful environment—not to penalize minor mistakes. However, deliberate or repeated misconduct will result in permanent removal. Users are notified when enforcement action is taken whenever practicable, unless restricted by law or safety considerations.
Appeals
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of notice. Please include the approximate date and time of the enforcement action, a clear explanation of why you believe it was incorrect, and, if you have an account, the email address or login method you used to access the platform. Appeals are reviewed by a separate moderation team to ensure fairness and impartiality. All decisions after review are final.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities whenever necessary to prevent, investigate, or respond to criminal conduct, including exploitation, trafficking, or child sexual abuse. Cooperation occurs only within the limits of applicable law and due process. Requests for user information must be lawful, specific, and properly issued by a competent authority. We may also act without a formal request when there is a clear and immediate risk to human life, child safety, or physical harm.
Confirmed reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or imminent threats of violence are referred without delay to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant agencies. We document and retain all those referrals in accordance with legal requirements.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their own conduct and the material they display or communicate while using the platform. Live, unscripted interaction carries inherent risks, and users should exercise discretion at all times. The Company does not monitor every session in real time, but it actively reviews flagged content, reports, and enforcement actions to protect community safety. While we take reasonable measures to prevent harm and respond to abuse, we are not liable for the independent actions or statements of users.
You are encouraged to end any interaction that feels unsafe, offensive, or unlawful and to report the behavior immediately through the in-app reporting tool or by email. Personal judgment, respect for others, and adherence to these Guidelines are the foundation of a safe environment.
Updates to These Guidelines
We periodically update these Guidelines to reflect changes in law, technology, and safety best practices. The most current version will always be available on our website and within the application. When material updates occur, we will provide clear notice within the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines. For transparency, prior versions may be made available upon request.
